Originally founded in 1997, Medical Research Institute (MRI) is a California-based company that develops a wide range of nutraceuticals for performance enhancement, muscle development, and recovery. Perhaps their most popular supplement is Black Powder pre-workout formula, which introduced ACTINO2S IR, a whey peptide fraction that breaks down fat and provides a nitric oxide boost.
