Not every functional beverage fits neatly into an energy drink, protein RTD, or hydration category. This page is for everything else worth tracking: drinks formulated with a specific purpose that don't belong anywhere else.
That covers a wide range: prebiotic sodas built around gut health, adaptogen-infused drinks targeting stress and mood, collagen beverages, mushroom drinks, nootropic tonics, and other products where the functional angle is real but the category is genuinely its own thing. The common thread is that something intentional is happening beyond just flavor and carbonation.
