As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 3 times per day or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Take 1 serving with breakfast, 1 serving with lunch and 1 serving with your last meal. It is recommended that you take this product with a protein and carbohydrate-rich meal or shake.

Double safety sealed with an outer shrink wrap film and an inner bottle freshness seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
