As a dietary supplement, mix one serving (one level scoop) of Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate with 6-8 oz. of cold water or your favorite sports drink such as Steel Fuel®. Stir or shake well and consume either less than an hour before training or immediately after a workout. Be sure to properly hydrate and consume ample amounts of water while taking this product.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. This product is only intended for healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Check with your doctor before using this if you are pregnant, nursing, have existing medical conditions, including but not limited to high blood pressure, or are taking prescription medications. Do not use in conjunction with alcohol. Discontinue 2 weeks before surgery. Immediately discontinue use and contact a medical doctor if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Store in a cool, dry place, tightly closed and under 76 Degrees Fahrenheit. Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture.

This product is sold by weight, not volume. Some settling of powder may occur during shipping and handling, which may affect the density of powder. This product contains the servings indicated when measured exactly by weight.

Note: There is evidence that taking Creatine with carbohydrates and/or protein yields synergistic effects that boost the amount of Creatine available to the muscles. Avoid taking Creatine simultaneously as caffeine as there is evidence that it makes it less effective.
