How Do I Take MyoBlox Illa?
Mix one level scoop (1 serving) of Ila with 8-20 fluid ounces of cold water. Illa can be consumed prior to training, during training, or post training. Can be used between meals to support recovery and to fuel physical performance. On non-workout days consume one scoop in the morning, noon, or night.
