Capsule shell (gelatin, Candurin silver luster, fd & c yellow #6 aluminum lake, fd&c blue #1 aluminum lake, fd&c red #40 aluminum lake), magnesium stearate, dicalcium phosphate.

Take 1 Serving (3 Capsules) in the morning with 8-10 oz of water. For optimal performance, take one serving in the morning and one in the evening.
