Directions: Mix 1 scoop with 10-12 oz of water. Do not exceed recommended dose.
Warnings: Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Contains 150mg of caffeine per serving (1 scoop) or about as much caffeine as 1.5 cups of coffee.
