Directions: Mix 1 heaping scoop with 10-12oz of your beverage of choice and consume 30 minutes post-workout. Alternatively, for those who prefer to spread intake, take 1/2 scoop 30 minutes pre-workout and 1/2 scoop 30 minutes post-workout.
