Swanson Ultra Activated Homocysteine Formula is a dietary supplement designed to support healthy homocysteine levels, which is important for maintaining healthy cardiovascular and neurological systems. Each vegan capsule provides bioactive forms of key nutrients, including 50 mg of vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5-phosphate), 800 mcg of folate (as Quatrefolic [6S]-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid), and 500 mcg of vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin). Additionally, it contains 500 mg of trimethylglycine (TMG) from natural betaine. The formula also includes brown rice flour, hypromellose (vegetable capsule), and may contain magnesium stearate and silica. The recommended dosage is one capsule per day with water.
