As a dietary supplement, take one serving (3 capsules) in the morning on an empty stomach 20-30 minutes before your first meal or protein shake. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily. Steel Core® can be combined with Shredded Steel®, Steel Burn™, and/or Steel Slim™ for a more customized weight loss solution. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
