Kevin's Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cupCarbalose flour
- 1 cupWheat Protein Isolate 5000
- 1/4 cupResistant Wheat Starch 75
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 sticks butter (softened)
- 2 TbsCarb Counters Thick It Up Low Carb Thickener
- 1/2 cupIsomalt
- 1 TbsJust Like Sugar Brown
- 1 cupJust Like Sugar Baking
- 1 tspvanilla
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz Sensato Sugar free chocolate chips
- 1 cup choppedpecans
2. In mixer cream together butter, vanilla and sweeteners.
3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
5. Stir in morsels and nuts.
6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 9 to 11 minutes until golden brown.
8. Let stand for 2 minutes and then transfer to wire rack to cool.

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small mixing bowl and set aside.In mixer cream together butter, vanilla and sweeteners.Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.Gradually beat in flour mixture.Stir in morsels and nuts.
