Two Recipes, same ingredients: Makes pancakes or waffles, it's easy - and they both use the same ingredients! 2 eggs, 1/3 cup cold water, 1 Tbsp melted butter or oil, 1/2 cup pancake mix. Pancake Directions: Preheat griddle to 350 degrees. Whisk ingredients until batter is smooth. If you prefer a thicker or thinner pancake, you may add additional mix or liquid. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot, lightly-greased griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles break over the surface and edges appear dry. Flip and brown other side. Waffles Directions: Preheat waffle iron. Whisk ingredients until batter is smooth. Pour batter onto hot, lightly-greased or non-stick waffle iron and bake according to waffle iron manufacturer's directions. Serve immediately or maintain crispness by placing on a wire cooling rack.
