You Will Need: 1/2 cup mix, 1 Tbsp oil, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup water. Pancake Directions: Combine eggs, oil and water in a large bowl. Add mix. Mix with fork or wire whisk until blended (for thinner pancakes, add more water). Spoon batter onto a lightly greased, heated, non-stick skillet or griddle set on low heat. (electric setting 375°-400° F). Cook pancakes 1 minute, until edges are dry and top is covered with bubbles. Flip and cook 1 minute more. Waffle Directions: Follow directions in main recipe. Preheat waffle iron as directed by iron manufacturer. Pour batter into center of hot, lightly greased waffle iron. Follow iron manufacturer's directions for best results. Cook until steaming slows or waffle is golden brown. Remove carefully.
