Natural Vitality Calm - Specifics Muscles

Natural vitality CALM® is a highly absorbable proprietary formulation of ph-balanced magnesium citrate in ionic form (created from citric acid and magnesium carbonate), l-carnitine l-tartrate, organic flavor, bromelain, stevia (leaf) extract.

For Adults: Individual needs may vary. Start with approximately a half-teaspoon (1.5 g) daily and gradually increase to approximately 2 teaspoons (6.1 g) per day as needed.

For Fastest Preparation: Place powder in a glass or mug; add approx. 2-3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also simply add Natural Vitality CALM® for Muscles to a glass or bottle of cold water.

Tamper Evident: Do not use if safety seal is a broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
