Natural Vitality CALM is a highly absorbable proprietary formulation of pH-balanced Magnesium Citrate in ionic form (created from Citric Acid and Magnesium Carbonate), L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, Organic Flavor, Bromelain, Stevia (leaf) Extract.

Individual needs may vary. Start with approximately a half-teaspoon (1.5 g) daily and gradually increase to approximately 2 teaspoons (6.1 g) per day as needed.
