Why Lindt 85% is our favorite
Due to the fact that this is the highest-percentage of chocolate that does not use the Dutch Alkalinization process (ie this is not "processed with alkali"), it is one of the most cost-effective yet delicious ways to get in all of the incredibly healthy cocoa flavonols.
Cocoa that's been processed with alkali loses up to 60% of its flavonol content, which makes this bar far superior to its peers.
