Directions: Comfortably drink about 20oz of water over the course of 30 minutes to an hour. For your comfort, wait 20 minutes and drink the entire 20oz of QCarbo20 with the vitamin energy booster tablets. For your comfort, wait 15 minutes and then drink about 20oz more water over the course f 30 minutes to an hour. Be sure to urinate frequently; this is a part of the elimination process and important for a successful cleanse. Same day cleanse achieved.
