Basic Cooking Instructions
1¾ cups Water
½ cup rinsed Hard Red Wheat Berries
¼ tsp Salt
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour or until tender. Drain and set aside to cool or serve immediately.
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
