Directions: Pancake Instructions: 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Protein Pancake Mix 3/4 cup Water Preheat lightly-oiled griddle or non-stick skillet to medium heat. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup Protein Pancake Mix and 3/4 cup water. Whisk together until just incorporated. for each pancake, ladle a scant 1/4 cup batter onto the hot griddle. Let cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 3-4 minutes. Flip pancakes over and continue to cook until done, about 3-4 additional minutes. Makes 4-6 pancakes. Waffle Instructions: 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Protein Pancake and Waffle Mix 3/4 cup Water 1 Tbsp melted Butter or Oil Preheat waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk together Protein Pancake Mix, water, and melted butter or oil. Whisk together until just incorporated. Follow waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffles. Makes 2 waffles. |
