Directions: Preheat lightly-oiled griddle or nonstick skillet over medium heat. In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until just combined, and then pour scant 1/4-cup portions onto the hot griddle or skillet. Cook until bubbly, then flip and cook until the center is set, 3-4 minutes per side. Serve immediately. Makes 4-6 pancakes. Preheat waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until just combined. Follow waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffles. Make 2 waffles. |

- 1 Tbsp melted Butter or Oil
