Cooking InstructionsFor four hearty servings, bring 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Oat Groats, 3 cups water and ¼ tsp salt to a boil. Cover, turn heat down and simmer for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Top with brown sugar, cinnamon and a bit of butter for a delicious breakfast cereal. Garnish with your favorite seasoning, vegetables and/or meats for a fantastic pilaf. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
