Whole grain wheat, whole grain rye, corn grits, whole grain triticale (wheat), whole grain oats, soy beans, whole grain millet, barley, whole grain brown rice, oat bran and flaxseed meal.
Cooking Instructions: For a savory hot breakfast cereal, bring 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to boil. Add 1 cup cereal, turn heat down, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Serve with honey or brown sugar and milk. Also great with added fruit and/or nuts. Microwave Instruction: In large bowl, combine 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Cereal and 3/4 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
