Ever see those pictures of GDAs all over Instagram next to everyone's cheat meals? Here's what no one's telling you: the GDAs that mimic insulin, or increase it's signaling or sensitivity, are simply increasing the likelihood that your cheat meal is stored as fat. GDA+ Suggested Use:
- Take 2 capsules with meals containing 45-64g of carbohydrates and 8-15g of fats.
- Take 3 capsules with meals containing 65-84g of carbohydrates and 16-24g of fats.
- Take 4 capsules with meals containing 85+g of carbohydrates and 25+g of fats.
When Not To Take GDA+: There is no need to take GDA+ when consuming a meal with protein and veggies (i.e., a low or no carb/fat meal). There is nothing you're aiming to inhibit, so therefore it would be a waste of your product.
