We all enjoy eating a nice dish of pasta. Atkins worked with their Italian product team to develop a good tasting pasta with less carbs. They replaced some of the wheat with oat fiber, durum and pea protein and created this new reduced carb pasta with 70% less carbs than regular pasta.
