Any mention of side effects is anecdotal and unproven by science. All of the studies shown below give no mention of side effects, but give evidence to creatine's safety.

Is Kre-Alkalyn safe?

Yes, just as creatine is safe, Kre-Alkalyn is safe too since it is just a buffered form of creatine. Kre-alkalyn causes less bloat than creatine monohydrate, and our experience shows that it has even less side effects of monohydrate as well (no diarrhea, no cramping), but that is just our anecdotal story.
