Submitted by Berto on June 22, 2009 - 8:08pm.A good friend of ours has joint pain in his shoulder from swimming, surfing, and playing a lot of high-intensity volleyball. We decided to help out with a list of recommended supplements for joint pain.
First, it is important that you do not come to rely on these supplements. They do not all work on everyone, and your underlying issues should be treated by a trained sports Physical Therapist doctor.
Since there are mixed results with many joint health supplements, we are taking the "kitchen sink" approach, and are going to recommend multiple products.

Otherwise you will just have "expensive pee". Our next post will feature a diet, but you should begin monitoring every single thing you eat with a site like FitDay.com to start understanding where your calories are coming from.

Scivation Xtend Review

My latest order of supplements included Scivation Xtend. I have been using the Green Apple flavor.
Scivation Xtend is absolutely delicious. I'm not a big green apple flavor fan and I still love it. It's not too sour and not too sweet, but definitely on the tart end of the spectrum.
MuscleMonsters.com: Cardio AFTER Lifting

MuscleMonsters.com is a new website that discusses various health and weightlifting tips. They include lots of reviews and results about products they have used. They also create instructional videos for workouts that target muscles that people often miss.
Diet Reviews at Everydiet.org

PricePlow is not going to move into that category anytime soon as we have plenty to do with supplementation. However, everydiet.org looks to be the place to go.
