A good friend of ours has joint pain in his shoulder from swimming, surfing, and playing a lot of high-intensity volleyball. We decided to help out with a list of recommended supplements for joint pain.

Many people often ask if they can bring protein powders, creatine, vitamins, and other supplements in their carry-on luggage on an airplane.

My latest order of supplements included Scivation Xtend. I have been using the Green Apple flavor.

Scivation Xtend is absolutely delicious. I'm not a big green apple flavor fan and I still love it. It's not too sour and not too sweet, but definitely on the tart end of the spectrum.

Our friends over at MuscleMonsters.com wrote a very nice article about us yesterday. MuscleMonsters.com is a new website that discusses various health and weightlifting tips. They include lots of reviews and results about products they have used. They also create instructional videos for workouts that target muscles that people often miss.

We've been asked by a couple of people if we can point them to diet reviews, such as Atkins vs. Zone vs. South Beach, etc.
