The main ingredient in NO3 Chrome is arginine nitrate, which brings MASSIVE pumps and strength gains far beyond anything you've taken - and doesn't have any stimulants - you can optionally add those if you want.

Cellucor NO3 Chrome Ingredients

Beyond arginine nitrate, there are also some extra bonus ingredients not in Yok3d either. One such ingredient is L-Citrulline Malate, which is one of our favorite endurance supplements. This was popularized by our favorite BCAA supplement, Scivation Xtend, and it works extremely well both in the gym and in endurance sports. So not only will you get long-lasting pumps from the arginine nitrate in Cellucor NO3 Chrome, but you'll be able to do something with them as well with the boosted endurance.

Additionally, NO3 Chrome contains Pycnogenol. This AMAZING nitric oxide amplifier, when mixed with arginine (in the studies, they used straight L-Arginine), stopped erectile dysfunction disorder (EDD) in over 80% of its users with NO side effects!!![1] This was a double-blinded, placebo-controlled study. Pycnogenol + Arginine = massive blood-rushing pumps!!! Pycnogenol is actually comes from a kind of extracted tree bark - but don't worry, only the good stuff is extracted. This is a supplement to look out for!

Cellucor NO3 Chrome Side Effects and Stacking?

You can easily stack this with another AAKG-based pre-workout supplement, but make sure that it does NOT contain too many other nitrates. If you are going to mix it with a nitrate-based product such as Cellucor C4 Extreme, then follow the dosage instructions exactly - only one scoop of C4, and maximum 3 caps of NO3.

If you want to steer clear of the NO3 Chrome, our preferred pre-workout supplements to stack NO3 Chrome with are Jack3d. If you want to go a non-arginine stacking route, consider SuperPump MAX, which uses glycerine-based components for its pump.

However, using this alongside Cellucor C4 Extreme may not be the best idea because it also contains creatine nitrate. Too many nitrates can cause too low of blood pressure, so beware. At the same time, Cellucor says this is okay, but your mileage may vary, so beware. There's only 1g of creatine nitrate in C4 Extreme, so you're probably safe.

In summary, if you're not using too many other nitrates, there should be absolutely no side effects to Cellucor NO3. All of its individual components are safe.
