Economical, moderately tender buffalo roast. May be cooked long and low with added water in a crock pot. Properly prepared (roasted to an internal temperature of 135 degrees) it will be well received if sliced thin when served. Use buffalo fat or thinly-sliced suet (which may be purchased from our store) to cover the roast while it is cooking to improve flavor and even nutrition. U.S. raised grass-fed buffalo.
