Primal ground buffalo is made generally from lean meat and trimmings from round, chuck, loin, flank, neck, or shank and organ meat. We created this "caveman" mix of lean meat combined organ meat because of popular demand. It has a slight liver taste. This ground buffalo product is usually prepared by broiling, panbroiling, panfrying, roasting or baking. May be used in a variety of recipes and cooking methods.
