Durum semolina flour, modified wheat starch (resistant starch, a source of fiber), wheat gluten. SAUCE MIX:Whey, enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), salt, cheddar cheese (pasturized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), sodium phosphate, citric acid, natural flavors, annatto (for color).
Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a medium size pot. Stir in pasta, boil 7-10 minutes or to desired texture, stir 3-4 times. Drain, do not rinse. Return pasta to pot. Add 1/4 cup of 2% milk and contents of the sauce packet. Optionally add 2-4 tbsp butter for a creamier texture. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Makes about 3 cups.
