To reconstitute:Mix 1 cup ground with 1 cup of very hot water or broth (or add 1 tablespoon of DDC Official Broth). Microwave for 2 minutes or let stand for 5 minutes. Once hydrated, Turkey (NOT) must be handled under the same conditions as meat or any other perishable food product. After reconstituting, use pound for pound just like ground turkey.
