INSTRUCTIONS: Coat a 8"x8" baking pan or plate with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. Melt 1 stick (4 oz) of Melted UNSALTED butter. Set aside. MICROWAVE: Place bag #1 (white powder) in med-large bowl. Add 3 Tablespoons water and stir with a knife just until mixed. Heat on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or just until mixture "foams up." Do not overheat or mixture can foam out of bowl. Add bag #2 (chocolate powder) and the melted butter: stir to blend. Add bag #3 (chocolate pieces), stir until chocolate is completely melted - 1 to 2 minutes. Spoon into pan. Freeze for 30-60 minutes or chill until firm enough to slice. STOVETOP: Combine bag #1 (white powder) in medium sized sauce pan; add 3 Tablespoons water. Stir with knife. Bring to boil on medium-high heat (DO NOT STIR) just until mixture foams up. Be careful mixture does not foam over sauce pan. Remove from heat. Add bag #2 (chocolate powder) and the melted butter. Stir to blend. Add bag #3 (chocolate pieces) and stir until chocolate is completely melted -1 to 2 minutes. Spoon into pan. Freeze for 30-60 minutes or chill until firm enough to slice.
