Stevia Dosage
Recommended dosage for Stevia:
There is no recommended dosage because the strength of Stevia extracts are very different. If using liquid, we recommend just a drop at a time until you find your 'sweet spot'. With our large smoothies, 3 drops works well with half a blender of food.
