Sports Drink Dosage

Recommended dosage for Sports Drinks:

Try four to eight ounces of sports drink every 15 to 20 minutes of workouts/competitions 60 minutes or longer.

Note that taking 5g BCAAs and 3-4g of beta alanine spread out before and during your race or workout will decrease fatigue and soreness. Most sports drinks do not have these amazing products inside.
