Energy Bar Dosage
Recommended dosage for Energy Bars:
Take an energy bar before, during, and/or after a long race/practice if you are "bonking", or feeling a crash due to lack of carbohydrates. During normal days, you should not take more than one per day, and it should incorporate well into your overall macronutrient goals for protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
