Recommended dosage for Egg Protein:
Many bodybuilders take protein shakes an hour prior to working out. Immediately post-workout, carbohydrates and amino acids are recommended, followed by another protein shake 20-30 minutes later. At least 20g of egg protein per serving should be used.
As mentioned in the Protein Research Studies, 1g of protein per lb of lean body weight to 1.5g of protein per lb of lean body weight should be ingested each day. Spread the servings throughout the day.
